    Did you ever take it back to the dealer? it's new and under warranty I would let them fix it.

    I guess I’m a bit stupid, but if mine wasn’t working properly, I wouldn’t keep using it and then complain that it’s getting worse.

    Yes really. If the calibration didn’t work, I wouldn’t expect it to get better. Should have taken it back the first time, for $3k it better work properly.

    Maybe you can just pull the head, foot pedal and power wire off and take it, instead of having to take the whole boat in.
