There is a switch for sync/unsync, simple and quick. In unsync it will be free and controlled by hand. Sync is controlled by and in conjunction with trolling motor, something similar to what I had designed in original video post, but much better! So it's not electric nor are there any wires, extra pedals, or controllers. Believe me all ideas were thrown in the bucket and eliminated to build something that is simple, quick to use, longevity with no issues, reliability. We decided to add one more feature that is awaiting production, hope to have the final product in my hands in a few weeks!
well I can't wait to see this finished product! I fish tournaments often but when I'm not, I'm fishing for Crappie or Hybrids. It will be very nice to be able to switch it around
