Lowrance vs Garmin live target or live scope?

Which one is better for ice fishing?

Just saw a show yesterday In Depth Outdoors, and he was using mega 360. Was using it to find active small schools of fish around his area then go drill a hole in their general area. Honestly is you are vertical jigging I bet both will be just fine.

I think I would prefer 360. The live scope though, will be absolutely deadly for crappies suspended over deep basins.

I picked up the Livescope system last spring right towards the end of ice season and brought it out to a couple of different lakes. I was very much impressed with it thru the ice. I ran it this summer on my boat and in the early spring when I was chasing crappies, I didn't make a cast if I didn't see fish, and I caught a LOT of them by quickly ruling out unproductive water. I won't go out on the ice without it and my Vexilar FLX-28. Those two tools make finding and catching a whole lot of fun.

Trying to leave my brand preferences at the door I honestly believe livescope is better. It is for sure ready to be purchased today too. That fact is confirmed
