I guess the simple answer is no. I feel like a good dealer will give you a fair price and I think that's all anyone would ask no matter what they are buying. When companies discount or rebate its in their pricing structure. They aren't going to lose money on a sale no matter if it is a car, boat or anything else. If you don't feel like you're being treated fairly, I'd get several quotes. There are lots of good boat dealers out there.
