Image Interpretation questions

I was hoping to post some more screenshots for help interpreting what I am seeing

Is the brighter area a hard spot? If so, why do the fish seem to be holding on the soft stuff? Non-game fish possibly?



This is the full screen side image of the hard spot. I count at least 4 good fish



there are some hard returns on the SI right on that patch of grass...baitfish? something else?



Does anyone see anything in these images that I should be seeing that I may be missing?

I see sand/muck and weed bottom. The brighter areas perhaps more sand, while darker areas more muck. The weeds are obvious.

Really hard to determine any fish. Maybe those three on the left SI near the bottom transition.
