I'm not a Pro and wouldn't want to risk getting arrested for fraud by attempting to join.
Not sure but i think it was or is an organization patronized mostly by the Walleye fishing world, especially the professional side. I remember it from a few years back when i paid attention to Pro Walleye fishing, In Fishermen, and organizations like that.
