Smoked meatloaf. Somewhat followed Alton Browns recipe here. Turned out amazing.

Do it. Very easy and delish. I use a pound of ground beef and a pound of ground pork.

One of my favorite things to "kamado" is cheap .99/lb chicken thighs or quarters. Very good and cheap meal.
