I wipe it down every time it comes out of the water.
I wipe it down every time it comes out of the water.
Wipe mine down every time it comes out of the water. Slick mist and a rag and only takes 10 minutes.
Every time it comes out of the water it gets wiped down with Bass Boat Saver. I wax it once a year. I vacuum the carpet once a month.
My 99 Bass Cat gets brought home from the lake once a year. Cleaned inside and out, washed and waxed. It still looks new after 22 years. If I fished a muddy lake, it would probably be required more often.

Boat stays on the lift. I take it out of the water once a month and wash it and BBS it. Put good wax on it twice a year.
Every once in awhile. No set schedule, definitely not every time I take it out of the water, I'd rub the gelcoat off.

My father has an 87 model boat that sill look brand new other than carpet wear. The only thing he did to the hull was clean it with pledge a few times a year.
Every time I wipe down at the ramp, then once I get home I use a quick wax to give it a touch up shine and helps keep the grime off for next time. Wash and wax at the beginning and midway each season. I only use the boat 3x a month so it doesn’t see much use.
The guy I bought it from was the original owner and he’s vacuum the carpet every time it was used, pledge on the hull and gave the boat a good wash and wax 2-3 times a year. It’s in near showroom condition and I’ve been in boats 20 years newer that’s in a lot rougher shape than this one.

Wipe dawn. When taken out of the water, every time. It only takes a few minutes.
I have a dark boat so I wipe it down after just about every time out. Even on a multi-day trip I will wipe it down. I just don't like fishing out of a dirty boat. If it is raining I'll wait till I get it in the garage.

I don't usually wipe mine down at the ramp. When I get home I flush out the motor and wash the boat. I wax the boat once a month. Keeps her slick and shiny.
Sometimes wipe it down if it's real dirty after taking it out of the water but usually clean it up later in the week with Bass Boat Saver, perks of being retired.
Sometimes I get up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night and wash mine just so I make absolutely, positively sure it's perfectly clean...

Once or twice a year, I give it a good cleaning. I'd rather spend time fishing than cleaning, but my boat is older and I'm just not as concerned with appearance anymore.
Quick wipe/dry at the ramp virtually every time.
Thorough wipe down with Hot Sauce, Slickmist, etc. in the garage once a week.
Deep wax twice a season.
I can see doing all that if you are fishing once or twice a month...luckily I have an aluminum boat so I wash it a few times a year.
I have a regiment after fishing.
My boat is on a marine railway and I hold the button that cranks it into my boat house while drinking a beer.
Then I sit on the dock and finish my beer.
Better than wiping the boat down.
