Elite 9ti2 settings question

I just upgraded to new Elite 9ti2 and I was curious about the settings on it if they need to be adjusted for the side imaging and down imaging and the regular sonar or is it pretty much ready to rock and roll out of the box with the settings it has I really just want to be able to get the most I can out of it. Thank you in advance for any help.

Factory settings are a good start until you learn the unit

Minor tweaks are all I found I needed.. like sensitivity on auto with +1, turn the range lines on, set scan rate to max
