    USPS....what a joke....

of an organization. Two days in a row without service. Yet I saw mail carrier trucks twice in our neighborhood. Has to be the worst managed govt agency ever. Fortunately I’ve gone paperless on most of my bills.

On sundays and holidays they deliver for UPS. I'd say it's quite an accomplishment what they do for so little.

There's such a thing as "Special Delivery", which may result in sending a mail carrier out with no other tasks to accomplish.

Good one! Actually I have the email notification with pics of each piece of mail. I got those each day and even one today (Sun).

The email notifications are not same day accurate...it could be 7-10 days on the long end before you get those.

Some days we just don't get any mail. I know it's sad, but it's true!

Mail carrier trucks are probably delivering Amazon Packages.

I'm pretty sure this is what's happening. We have our regular carrier and every now and then another drops off a porch package.

Not around here, waiting on an Amazon package and checked the tracking and said out for delivery by USPS. Waited all day and never came, mail carrier never came down the road and none of the neighbors got their mail either. Got a notification on my tracker at exactly 7:00 PM that night there was difficulty delivering it, and then it said, at 7:00 PM it was checked back in the post office and I had to pick it up. But what do you do, if they fired them all they would just replace them with the same.

Usps is great for me. My mail carrier stopped by and bought us pizza a couple months ago. Also brings his daughter to the shop sometimes on his day off to play with the dog
He also tracked down a couple missing ups packages for me. He found them down the street both times and brought them to me. I guess he wants another Christmas tip.

I didn’t get anything either. Maybe it’s a conspiracy or just nothing to deliver.

Several times in the last few weeks the mail carrier has delivered the mail in the dark. First time I saw it on the camera he was using his cellphone light to look at the mail for addresses and then to light his path. Second time he had a headlight band on his head.

I asked a carrier delivering our house last week what the deal was getting mail at 9 PM a few times. He said like most the Covid has hit and they are extremely short handed. Carriers run their regular routes, return to the post office and take another 7-8 hour route out.

If you don't have mail coming, and your flag isn't up they don't stop... Are you waiting for PCH sweepstakes mail or something?

I need to install a burn anything heater because they deliver enough junk mail I could probably heat for a month out of the winter.
