Does anyone know if the discount is supposed to apply to gift cards?

If you bought the gift card at a discount, it isn't. I'm not sure about a gift card that was purchased at regular price.

Did have to go through BPS once on a Rooster Tail and Blue Fox order for trout because TW didn't have it but that was a fluke.
