    Prop pitch

All, I've got an 87 ranger 375 with a 150 mariner. What pitch prop do you recommend. Thanks in advance

My guess a 23 maybe 24. If you have a strong engine 24. If it's tired 23. Just my oppionion

I’d say a Trophy+ 21”. That Mariner is a small block,I’m thinking 2.3 liter so it won’t have a lot of bottom end torque for a good hole shot and it’s mounted on a heavy boat. I doubt you’ll be able to turn a 23-24 pitch.

It has a 26 pitch on it now for the last 2 years but that prop is getting pretty beat up and I have a 24pitch in good shape that I just had given to me and was wondering if that would work. By the way, thanks for your response

    23" Tempest is safest bet.
