    Is this a deal breaker?

I've been looking for a 17' Bass Tracker to fish some of our smaller creeks. I saw one on Marketplace that I'm interested in until I saw this picture. It's a 2003 60hp. Would this be a deal breaker in y'alls opinion?

It’s just like that crazy date that everyone had when they were young. You should get up walk outside and run as hard as you can for as long as you can.... but I agree with Rick if its cheap and works grab it.

Do all normal checks, Compression, LU fit/tight, Might want to double check motor mounts and the center pivot for bushing wear etc... If it runs well, pumps well, reasonably maintained.... The upper cav plate is not necessarily used for much while running anyway... No other issues, price is good, I'd do it...
