Getting my Renegade ready for carpet. Planning on using bass boat seat company carpet. Just not sure if I want to go with 20 or 24 oz. any idea what the factory used in 2000. Who makes good replacement seat also. Thanks

ranger worked good on mine but lids are snug.-- 20 oz likely what stratos used llebroc or bass boat seats good I hear llebroc was factory seats at times

Liebroc seats are excellent quality and cost more but they last. Syntec makes 16oz or 24 oz carpet weights. The 20 oz carpet is not made by Syntec.
The 16oz syntec carpet is just as dense as the 20oz no name carpets. Ask for a 16 and 24 oz syntec carpet sample and then some of the 20 oz carpets. You will see when you bend the 20 oz carpets on a 90 degree angle, example being a compartment door you will see a lot of the rubber backing. Just trying to save you a headache after doing all the prep and installation.

I replaced the carpet in my Stratos with Ranger carpet and it worked well. Highly recommend.
I just did my Renegade 20 this fall and used 24 oz from Ranger and also bought the padding to pad the front deck. No issues just take your time.
How much did you end up getting and was there a lot of waste. Thanks

I bought I believe like 20 square yards. Ranger told me how much to buy but there is enough leftover that I could do the rod lockers again if needed. It ending up being like 27 feet of carpet which was more than enough as I said.
