Trolling motor transducer

Currently Running the HDI transducer. Are there better options?
Reports from anyone on running a 3 in 1 mounted on the trolling motor?

There are a lot of people doing it. Just do a search. Those that do it seem to really like it while those that don't say it won't work well! Who you gonna believe! If you know how to use sidescan, it works pretty well but as far as 2D, the AI is no better than the HDI you currently have.

Only seen a few and most were happy with the images. I’ve been running a lss1 on my TM since they came out, I can’t imagine not having SI on the TM. It’s not always pretty, but I can tell exactly what I’m looking at. Hydrilla patch 50’ to the side that’s not topped out yet, you can see it. A brush pile to the side, you can see it. A drop off, very easy to see. Rocks, etc..


I had originally shared the image from the transom lss1 to the bow graph, that was a pita!

Thats the other option i was looking at, I have an ultrex not the ghost. Never have ran side imaging off the trolling motor but have definitely wondered about doing so.
