    Networking 3 Echomap UHD units?

Plan is to have 2 units at the console and one at the bow. What is needed to connect these to share waypoints? A GMS 10 box and 3 network cables?

I have a 93sv Echomap at the bow and a 126sv at the console networked, LS is connected to the 126sv. I'm adding a 106sv to the bow and was thinking I could move the network cable from the 93 to the 106 and then connect the 106 to the 93. Will this work? What are the pitfalls in doing this, if it can be done?

Yes, as long as they are all connected they will be networked.

If you are using a unit for a network connection, it will need to be turned on. For instance, if you want Livescope displayed on the 93sv, both Ultras will have to be turned on. Why not just add the switch and have everything connected through it. You can get the switch for $199 online.

I'm going to use the 106sv for Livescope and the 93sv for mapping only. So, thought I could save a couple hundred dollars rigging up that way.

If you fish with someone else in the boat (if they use the back deck) get the switch - they can also see the LS that you see in front of the boat or vice versa.

You can do this without the switch, it only requires the cables mentioned above.
