360 does via Ethernet with any CHIRP or Sonar unit. NOT MEGA 360.

Well checking closer, it states the unit has to be MEGA +. No CHIRP or Sonar unit has MEGA + Imaging.

If it mounts to a trolling motor shaft, then I'm thinking that it would also mount onto the Mega 360 shaft... I think they are the same size. You just wouldn't be able to rotate it (if you even need to).

You must not keep up with what Garmin has and its application. PLUS all the apparatus that has been created to point the transducer in different directions and why.

I’d be concerned with interference running both.

I don't have a LiveScope but have been out with friends who have them. I was thinking that it looked like the Mega Live had a wider coverage area so you might not need to point it. If you do need to point it, then I'm not sure how a trolling motor shaft would be applicable either. You would need to use something like the Fishing Specialties mount.

I think the biggest issue with a trolling motor mounted transducer like that is when using SpotLock motors when spotlocked.

The crappie fishermen have all that figured out and why there are the Fishing Specialties similar mounts, manual and electric powered.

Looks like most have the Live Scope on the trolling shaft lower than Mega 360. That would work fine for me. When using Spot lock you would just rely on the 360.

Nope. Looks like it is not supposed to the announced until Feb 1, 2021. Typically a few months after that before it's available.

The MEGA 360 was announced in June 2019 and did not get on the market until December.

    I’m curious about that
Being Mega+ and saying that all Solix units are compatible
Correct me if I’m wrong Mega+ is not compatible with the Solix G1 you have to have a G2 to see it on a G1 via the ethernet
