How did you mount your LSS-2 transducer?

Wanted to get some input from guys with earlier TR models with a jack plate type mounting.

2008 tr20xhp here, I bought the hole shot plate that goes on the bottom of an atlas hydraulic jackplate then drilled holes in the bottom of that perpendicular to water level and bolted it there with locking nuts

Thats what i did as well with a prohijacker manual plate. Thinking of changing it tho to the side of the plate.

This in a 2007. same boat. Atlas jp on bottom of holeshot plate.

I had a bracket made to mount my Mega SI to the side of the jack plate.

Made a friend a mount that. Bolted right up to
his jack plate.. just get the angle right when
sitting in the water .. plus it beats putting holes
in your boat ...
