GE is this the time to buy

I have been enjoying this forum for year, and picked up some very good tips from y'all at various times, so your opinions are greatly weigh in.
Is it time to buy GE now that it seem to getting things turned around?

    Thank y'all in advance

Frank, personally I’d hold off unless you can be long on your purchase(s).. Going to be awhile IMO especially for their dividend to turn around..

If I was going to buy some long term realizing it may be speculative, I would probably maybe buy a half or quarter position and then decide if I wanted to add if it dropped further. That is usually what I do when I buy something that I don't have strong future clarity or conviction on.

That is my approach when I am speculating, which is how I have ended up with 6500 share of Ford. Lately, it has been trending up nicely, so I am hoping for a 15+ to double my money on it.

The time to buy it was a couple months ago, 52 week low was about $5 - 5.50 Going to be a long haul with them to get $ going.
Tiny dividend but better than nothing for guys like me who owned it for about 10 years. $30 price 3 years ago,
