Just installed a 26 tempest plus on my bullet it has 2 PCs holes 1 is open other is half .blows out bad as it brakes over good after that .what can I do to make it not blow out is bad

This is typical with a high perf boat with raised motor heights and 3 blades. The 26P Tempest is even worse as it has backwards pitch on the tips of the blades. Not much you can do with it. If you had is blueprinted and cup added to the tips, It could help, But probably wont cure your cause.
