    Anyone have a good pork chop seasoning?

    Anyone have a good grilled pork chop seasoning to recommend?......I love grilled pork chops but have never found that wow seasoning.

    Add some finely chopped rosemary if you like, season and let sit in your refrigerator 2-4 hrs.

    Either way, excellent.

    Use a digital thermometer & grill on high until internal temps are 145F.

    If really thick chops, use the 'reverse sear' method in oven. >>> Set oven at 250F, place chop in oven until internal chop temp reaches 120F, then move to grill to get to 145F internal.

    Immediately top with Goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes when you remove from oven.
