I am thinking about a Yamaha 200 SHO, for a friend. Looking for a cost, with and without controls. Prefer new but would accept a used one with low hours.

Less, lot's of dealers out there, just got to Google to find them. C&O Marine in TN & SIM Yamaha are just a couple I'd check with. You're probably not going to see any deals for new ones on the web, since the dealers are probably restricted from publishing anything but list price, but give them a call and see what they'll do. Check with some of the Skeeter dealers down there and see. Something makes me think Texas Boat World in Harker Heights sells Yamaha.

check this place out.. click on each motor and it usually has a video of it running on a stand. Gives compression for each piston as well
