I’m interested to see if this has the “Ghost Tree” problem too or if a workaround was figured out. The technology is basically the same as Garmin so if they were able to overcome it then it should sell well.

I think based on the deep discounts on Ti2 right now, it is fair to assume that Elite FS will be the replacement - Seems like it should be ramping up towards the Carbon quality. I'll be curious to see the details as well, hopefully more than just the networking jack and a custom button on the front.

I was actually leaning towards the discounted Carbons at the moment, especially now considering they will support the new live imaging... but a new Elite model might be worth a look.

Don't know if you use livescope or not, but the ghost tree thing has never affected my fishing one way or the other.

Navico but I have a pro staff account. You may get it faster ordering elsewhere but I have to order direct to get my discount so there’s no point on waiting in my case. Same with the ghost and livesight I ordered soon as I could just to get one of the first orders but I didn’t get it much earlier than some other places.

There will be more options to choose- , Activetarget, Mega Live and probably new Livescope- because prices goes down for LVS.

Doubt it cause you couldn’t change angles from down and forward.

Of course they could but highly doubtful. Plenty of people will still want to use the AI imaging nose cone and the active target on the shaft as an extra add on. I don’t think anyone will give up a 3n1 nose cone for a AT nose cone. Lowrance won’t get that creative for a elec or mech adjust AT nose cone. They will leave it to the accessorize/aftermarket companies to come up with an adjust on the fly kit for the AT shaft mount system. Someone made a similar setup for a livescope when the first came out but haven’t seen it since, it was a one off thing.

It’ll be current live scope quality. It will stay that way as long as navico continues to license the rights to the technology. Garmins new version will be out soon as well.
