Hey Kevin, I talked to you on the phone about 2 weeks ago and I canceled an order 75213 on an ultrex that I placed on Oct 12. You stated online that you had these in 5 stock, which was incorrect. I called after 2 weeks due to no shipment and talked to you on the phone. I never received a refund and it now says it’s shipping. Please cancel this order and send a full refund.
I understand these things happen especially with the shipping issues and other circumstances.
