    Induction cooktop griddle recommendations

My wife is having a hard time finding a double burner griddle for our new induction cook top, she doesn't want another cast iron piece, just something quality and easy to handle that works with the induction cooktop.
Anyone have a brand or recommendation?

    Cuisinart double burner griddle MCP45-25NS 10x18 V#39178 0519

Works great. Stove has a bridge mode that controls both burners at once. Just a bit slow in heat up. Nothing sticks.

    Thanks John,
Are you using that griddle with an induction cook top?
We've ordered 2 different brands and had to send them back because they said they were compatible but actually weren't.

Yes - induction Kitchen Aid brand - and wife hates it !! I have no problem with it, just have to watch which burner you are really adjusting.

If you get one let me know how it turns out.

All the info I sent you came from the bottom of the griddle. Bought about 2 years ago, had the stove for 3 years.

Sounds good, I'll pass that along to the wife.
    Thank you
