    Dang that Russell Marine

    Pulled a bonehead and knocked the bulb off my RMP Power Pole light (don’t ask). Couldn’t find a replacement on the web site so emailed and asked for the price and how I could order one. Today I get an email with an invoice for........ZERO dollars.......and a note saying it’s on the way. My first reply was “heck no, charge me for it.” Short version of Tanner’s reply was “its on us”. Said it in my second reply.....”Y’all are great!” And they are! You cannot go wrong dealing with Justin (and Tanner)!

    Bought a Ultrex from them about 2 yrs ago, it came in damaged called them about damage. They sent a new one out & a return label to ship the old one back. After that great service I have ordered several more thing from them. Always got great service from them.

    I got my 1022 livescope bundle from RMP. They got it to me within days, recommended the power wire I ran and answered all my questions. They’ve been great.

    RMP is top notch in my book. Lost a steering clip from a transom support I bought from them. Called to order a replacement set with my credit in hand. The sent me a set FREE including shipping.

    Great products and customer service from great people who know how to run a business. If I owned a business I would use their business model in it!

    RMP are a great bunch of guys. Recently upgraded all my electronics and TM to Garmin with their help. Watch their YOUTUBE channel if you are undecided on which electronics to choose or with operational help.

    Justin and the entire crew up at RMP are top notch in my book! Justin was my co-angler in an everstart I believe on KY Lake many moons ago, and we have been friends ever since. Great customer service and always willing to help out fellow fishermen!!!
