    Country Style Ribs

    Any recipe suggestions? I will be using my Traeger. Thank you!

    They can be tricky. I smoke for an hour or two then wrap. I use Meat Church Honey Hog as a rub and apple or cherry for wood. Buy a few extra ribs and wrap separately so you can test them without opening the main tray. I find they take a bit longer than the two other rib types. Once done, throw on a HOT grill to crisp up the edges of the ribs.

    Don't over think it. Find a rub you like, put that one a few hours prior. Then cook at 225 for about 5-6 hours or when they start to pull apart a bit when you lift one side with tongs. I do not wrap mine as I like a little bit of a bark on the outside.

    Actually, the best way I’ve found, is to cook them sliced individually and cook them on their sides like a burger or beef steak. Cook them till 142 deg. and eat up. They were hit or miss, till someone showed me this.
