You might be able to get more than that out of it though it’ll be hard to recover all that money you put in upgrades just two years ago. That’s a nice boat with good upgrades. Good luck with the sale
Here is a comparison. I looked at a 2004 Triton TR 21 with 2012 Mercury 250 Pro XS(250 hours) late this summer. It had a new 36 volt ultrex, humminbird helix 12, helix 9, four bank charger, triton travel cover. Boat had been completely re-done by triton. New pumps, carpet, seats. Was in excellent condition. NO warranty on engine. The man sold it for $25k.
