    Interest Rates

Looking to order a new Phoenix in the next 60 days, I know everyone here on BCC pays cash for these boats, However I'm not one of them. Anyone finance their boat?

If so how long and what kind of rate did you get? I know terms depend on credit score etc.... I'm just looking for some ballpark info and or who you financed with.

Give Rec Lending a call. They beat my credit union and are a BBC sponsor. https://www.reclending.com/

I got a loan through Bank of the West at 5.49% but that was three years ago. Surely there are better rates now.

It depends on the amount of years. 10 years will be a lower percent than 20 years. Also depends on credit score. The average right now, that gets used for determining a estimated payment, is 6% on 15 years

3.49% for 15. Shooting to pay it off in half that but there was no interest penalty for going to 15. Keep payment low and add extra every month.

3% for 10 years. Won't take that long to pay it off though.

South carolina federal credit Union has special interest rates during the Charleston boat show. You don’t have to buy from the boat show just have to get preapproved during promotional period. That’s how i got mine.

SCFU is a great bank. When I was younger they helped me a lot. I have no doubt they have great rates.

They really should upgrade their security protocol from SSL to TSL. I wouldn’t give them my information online.

assuming you meant to say TLS, while I agree it’s improved but also vulnerable and been compromised.
