Yeah it's one hour of daylight I no longer get. Use to I had some time in the evening at home outside before dark, not now.

My body seems to just stay on standard time. Works out good in the summer when heading to the lake early.

It doesn't effect me, what gets me is a full moon. I have never been able to sleep on a full moon. Maybe I am part werewolf.

Few years back, I had the same problem. I liked to never got adjusted. This year seems to not be a problem. I guess I'm getting older and I seem to sleep more than I used to. Would think its the other way around but in my case its not.

I enjoyed the time I lived in Arizona no time change...But was glad to leave the desert and heat.

I work night shift so my internal time clock is always messed up. For example every day is Monday, tomorrow is today and yesterday was three days ago. How am I suppose to keep up with what hour it is when I can't keep up with what day it is

If a one hour time change bothers you be very thankful you don't work a swing shift.

It always takes me several weeks to get adjusted to this time. Summer adjustment doesn’t seem to bother me at all.

Yep, I got up at 4 this morning, and went to bed at 8 or so last night. Normally, it would 9 or so to bed and up at 5....so....I'm on time. The d2#@% clock is just messed up.

I’m used to it. I don’t like short days....can’t do anything about that, but..I wish it’d stay on daylight savings time. Bad enough losing daylight in the evenings, but that extra hour lost in the evening is a real pain.

I have a flexible work schedule so lat year I did not change with the daylight savings time. Just left my alarm clock set at the same time. Really liked that because i miss all the school traffic and still have some daylight left in the afternoon. Spring time was the hardest for me to re-adjust to.

Thanks, Scott AU, Actually, since I am retired, I guess I could do that too. Oh, I already do.

My wife, of many, many, years has adapted to my going to bed between 8:30 and 10:00 and getting up between 4 and 6.

Works for us, but only because we are both retired.

we all just voted. How about a ballot issue, time change or no. See what the results are, then have a national uniform policy

could decide some other issues as well
