    Helix 12 Mega DI - Water in the the unit

    I will be sending back the unit to Humminbird under warranty this winter. The G3N unit has water in the lower right corner of the screen. Is this common for this unit, and what will Humminbird do to address the problem?

    I had a similar issue and they replaced it no issues. As a matter of fact my model had been discontinued so they replaced it with the newer model.

    Did Humminbird say that they would replace the screen, and then take the decision to replace the whole unit? Was your unit still in working condition?
