    Cool fish marks.

Caught this guy today in the local swamp hole. Pic doesnt even do the markings justice as they were the color of salmon eggs. I am starting to wonder about this pond as I have caught some funky looking fish including a blue colored yellow perch. Would love to do a water test to see what is in there as it is the color of tea and visibility is normally about a foot or 2.

I'd go right for the Geiger Counter! Never seen something like that, especially on such a healthy fish.

Same pond, 75 ft further down the edge. Fished the whole pond, caught 7 bass on the jerkbait all in a 20×20 spot. Dont know what was holding them there as the whole place is mud bottom. Never had another bite around the rest of the pond. Felt good since the pond was 1/4 frozen over 2 days ago.

That’s pretty neat. There’s a pond by my house that I caught the same fish 3 different times over a 4 year period. The first time it was 5-11, then 4-11, then didn’t weigh the last time
