A little action from Green Valley yesterday

In the other post, I mentioned that I forgot my camera gear when I went to the lake. With the fishing being so good, I decided to set up my cell phone camera to record a little bit of the action.

6’ 8” Denali Lithium Jerkbait rod. It’s got a pretty soft action but I would call it a medium action.

The reel is a 7.1:1 Lews. I can’t remember the model though.

The line is 12 lb seaguar red label. I’ve become a big fan of red label over the years. It’s cheap and holds up really well.

The rain suit is from scheels. I don’t remember what it’s called but I’ve had it for a number of years. I really like it because it is warm (if I layer correctly) when it’s cold out and breathes well when I wear it in a summer rain.
