I know, I know, I know...most of you don't winterize your boat because you fish year round.

    -replace gaskets
-inspect exhaust water strainer (pg 97 in owners manual)
-Remove trolling motor prop and check for fishing line
-Remove main prop and check for fishing line
-Add grease to spline before re-mounting prop
    -Unplug trolling motor
-Add marine stabil to gas tank
-sand and paint the receiver, put marine grease on receiver
-torque trailer lug nuts to 100 foot pounds
-torque prop nut to 55 foot pounds
-Torque engine mounting bolts to jack plate to 90 foot pounds
-Torque jackplate to fiberglass hull to 45 foot pounds

-Silicone WD-40 the retractable straps mechanism
-Grease the two zerks on front end of trailer
    -Vacuum carpet
    -Slick Mist entire boat
    - Clean the livewells: how to clean live wells-Close the live wells so they will not drain. Unscrew the screens at the bottom of live well and leave at the on the bottom on the live well. Fill live well 3/4 full with freshwater. Add 1 gallon of white vinegar and 32 oz of hydrogen peroxide in each live well. Aerate each live well for 30 minutes. Drain live wells. Refill it with freshwater and aerate for another thirty minutes. Drain and let it dry.

I also run RV antifreeze through my livewells so they don't freeze. Also i wax my boat for winter. I used the slick mist or bass boat savor usually once a week through summer so thats why i wax for winter.

When i bought my boat back in 08 i got storage and winterizing included for the life of the boat as a perk for buying the boat. My process is simple, take my stuff out, drop it at the dealer, pick it up ready to run come spring. They clean it, put my batteries back in etc.

Blow the livewell pump outs and bilge pumps outputs into the boat, blow the recirculate pumps out, wipe livewells dry, blow out the drain.

sounds like you have the motor figured out
