Spin, twist tie, and fold under. But the real key is to always reach past the first 2 or 3 slices to get yours. The semi-dry ones are for suckers.

Twist tie or what ever closure was on the bag. Funny when I was a kid I hated the end pieces of A loaf of bread. Now i look forward to those 2 pieces in a loaf.

My typical procedure is to pick up the loaf bag, swing it twice and fling it across the kitchen to my wife -- "Think fast!!! Nice catch. Now make me a sandwich!!!!" (..."please").

Spin & fold. Too lazy to mess with the twist.

Spin and take 5 minutes looking for the tie I laid down, get tired of looking and fold it under.

This exactly ^^^^^^ If you leave a lot of air in there, the bread goes stale more quickly.

remove excess air, spin loaf, wrap tie, twist twice, wrap tie the other way, twist twice again, repeat once more if length of tie allows.....
