Farmhouse chicken soup, just like Grandma used to make in her old style pressure cooker. I purchased the Fissler pressure cooker this video shows, great investment.

Those pre-cooked chickens are great for making stock. I boil the carcass for a while after picking the bird clean. If I don’t plan on using it right away I freeze it.
If you like seafood, give this one a world. It is fantastic. I just substitute shrimp for the crawfish and add some old bay and cap of Zataran's liquid crab boil.

I am making Italian wedding soup Friday in the instapot. Frozen spinach, shredded carrots, chicken stock, small meatballs, and some baby shells. Bar I work at made it last week. I ate it all. He gets these mini meAtballs... I may have to borrow some friday.

Bassworm, it came out great. Ended up using some frozen bite size meatballs. Took seconds to throw in the instapot, done and hot in 25min on the soup setting. Everybody liked it. I'm thinking I'm gonna make it every few weeks. Great option to opening a can of soup. Pizza cooks that come to the bar say to try it with some sausage and tomatoes.

Gotta be gumbo. I have made this probably a dozen times and it never disappoints.
Bush’s White Chicken Chili. You can use grilled chicken (my preference) or rotisserie chicken. The grilled makes it better.
Very easy, and you can adjust the recipe to taste.
