Well guys put the bass boat away for the season, and blew the dust off the aluminum for the remainder of the year. Been busy with my twins lately and havent been out. Planning to head north to the adirondacks next week, what are temps out there lately around the state.

Beginning of October, 4th lake to 1st lake in the old forge area was around 53. Hit 51 in 3rd lake creek. That was 4 weeks ago. I’d expect temps in the mid to low 40s.

I am jealous.....local lake to Albany had to cast and cast and cast for non-quality 3 LM's ! Nothing better than fall fishing for fat smallies.
Went Friday ., to one spot .. 2 of us crushed ,, 25 in 3.5 hrs .. went Saturday morn same spot got one ...
but ran up to my second spot we did 18 .. in hour half .. average 3.5 pounds each...right in front of 2 others
in that same area .. see they one got 3 ..... just doing the right things ....I had another friend that
wanted to take his grandson out to get couple .. he wanted to both those spot .. fished the hole lake .. and got
nothing ... thinking it’s the warm weather... might turn back when weather gets cool again..
