The BBC NASCAR Insiders sure called this one they had the name of the team owner and the number of the car Mr Larson would run.
They always seem to distinguish themselves from the Speculators.

Everyone makes mistakes. He paid for his. Hope he wins a bunch in the 5 car.
He's a friend of a friend. I was told he was going to the 48, but I think something changed with sponsorship or something, so they swapped him and Bowman. Then changed the 88 to the 5. Heard Hendrick owns the number 57 also, which is his Sprint car number, and that was another option kicked around.
Good luck to him. Everyone deserves a second chance(or in Antonio Browns case, a 10th or 11th)

Larson is not done with this year yet. He will be at the dirt track at Charlotte next week for the special WoO races. He could put an exclamation point on his stellar dirt season next week.
