I have a Helix 10 g2n that wont recognize my sd card to update to 2.280. My Helix 9 g3n is on the 2.280 update. I want to put an ethernet connection with 2 gongles between them....Do they both need to be on the same update?

They will probably do OK with the software not being the same.
Did you download the correct software for your Helix 10 G2N?

yes i did. I checked the sd card as being a fat32 as well ...Don't know why it's not reading it...I do have a lake master chip that i take out and in and i see it being read....Don't know whats up
