My wife does a few things along that line with lemonade and one with peaches and one with apples also very good ,we have to go to RI to get the Everclear as they do not sell it in Ma . All my freinds and family love the concoctions.I do not partake anymore in alcohol of any kind....

Made the same thing before. Usually make around thanksgiving and serve around Christmas. I used more everclear thou. Longer it sits the better it gets
