    721 Reset Fuse?

Where is the main fuse for the control panel on a 721? Got to the lake today and had zero power to it...No horn, no graphs, no livewells etc...I thought there was a reset fuse under the dash but I pushed the main one and nothing happened...Thankfully my auto bilge still worked.

For what it's worth, I had the same issue on my 921 xp last year. It turned out to be a bad switch. Tim sent me a new switch, I replaced the switch and never had the issue show up again. If you have a tester, test the main switch to see if it is bad.

The main switch I have in the back of mine is for the trolling system, I have not found another "Main" switch back there yet. There is however a reset fuse on the + terminal...I tried to rest it but sill nothing.

To the left of the ignition switch.

Ahh, gotcha. I guess I need to pull it off and check it with my volt meter and see if its getting power to it, same with the square resettable fuse on the positive post on the battery.

I think the horn should work even if the power switch is in the off position? Im pretty sure it did before but I could be wrong.

Just tested - my horn only works when the main switch is on.

Google "Phoenix 721 wiring diagram". There's a pretty good diagram out there. I popped a 20A fuse that was in a holder off of the starting battery a while back that shut everything down. This one is for a 2013/2014 model, but it is very close to or identical to my 2017.

TY Tom. I just checked voltage across the circuit breaker on the + side of the main battery and was getting 12.8v so Im leaning towards a bad power switch on the panel now that I know the horn will not work unless it is on.

I forgot, my boat is a 2015 919. Also when you remove the switch panel maybe jump the main switch with a wire and try it that way.

No power going to the "On" switch at the panel. I get 12.8v going across the circuit breaker and I thought that went right to the switch panel but I guess there is another fuse or something down line from it.

Dealership called and said when they installed my new JP gauge, the main power wire going into the fuse box was not put back on good and that was the issue. They owned up to it and have my boat ready to be picked up, love my dealership!
