    2007 Champ 210

Is the passenger console on a 2007 champ 210 removeable? It isn’t molded in but there’s no bolts. Not real sure how it’s connected but seems very solid. I’d like to take out if removeable.

Its removeable , not sure how they attached them. Someone on here has taken one off and knows. Probably bolts and some kind of adhesive?

There are several long bolts through the front of the console into the rod locker. These will be hidden under long vinyl covered 2x4. you must remove the cover to get to the bolts.

There will also be a few on the gunnel side as well. you'll have to lift the carpet or dig around to see the bolt heads. There should be a small access panel or a vent looking thing on where your passenger reels would be. that's your access to the nuts on the back side of bolts.

Once all your bolts are removed, you'll need a putty knife to help pry the console off the boat as the adhesive is fairly tough.

    * this was on my 03 196. your 07 might be different. Good luck, it opens the boat up alot.
If you do a search here, there are a couple threads with pics of how to do this and the reverse (adding it to an orginal single console boat)

I would feel for the heads to bolts under the carpet. It could be glued, but thinking it has to have bolts to help. the passenger console is pretty heavy.

Getfished, I am so confused right now on what I want and even more frustrated trying to find 'the right' boat that I am all over the board. I do remember that 300 would get my old/your 210 up to 78 pretty easy.

Yes, and even though I got a 4 stroke 250 on it now I miss that 300.
