More durable Screaming Eagle SB copy?

Not happy with War Eagle SE durability, any similar spinnerbaits ( compact with additional weight behind head) with better quality ?

William Davis makes one with stronger wire. Same compact size as the screaming eagle.

Lure parts online sells a head without blades or skirt that is a hidden weight head. Wire is a bit heavier. Add skirt and blades and you have a small heavy spinner bait.

Spot sticker has the sob mini me that is also compact.

Of course heavier wire changes how blades vibrate (can be good or bad on any given day) but it lasts longer. War eagles are like .32 or .35 wire, and it is going to get bent up easily. Any thin wire bait will.

if you contact Mike and SiebertOutdoors he'sll make you anything combo of blade color/wire tired skirt color you want in the compact/weight behind the head combo. He makes some ridiculously good quality stuff.

The thin wire is what makes them good. It vibrates better. If you use stronger wire then it won’t be as good

We don't make a hidden weight head, but our frames are pretty compact compared to most brands. My recommendation for guys is to get a 1/2oz bait with our .44 mag blade combo, which is simply a double size 4 willow. A bit smaller than the normal 4 and 4.5 combo, you can burn it or slow roll it a bit easier, it's just a more versatile blade. The main thing you can't do with it is slow roll in the upper part of the water column, it does not have much lift at all!

I fish a ton of spinnerbaits. Have tied on 365 days a year. And I’ve tried several brands over the years. I keep going back to Booyah spinnerbaits. They’re cheap, they have great action and detail, and the build quality is very good. I’ve never had any ongoing issues with them. And they catch fish.
I bought several Revenge Baits spinnerbaits and bladed jigs last Spring. I’m thoroughly impressed with both. I’ll definitely be buying more of their spinnerbaits.
