Facelift
A women goes to the plastic surgeon to inquire about a facelift. The surgeon informs her there is a new procedure that she can have done where they put a dial just under her scalp and attach it to the skin. "Yes ma'am, all you do is give the dial one small twist and it instantly firms up your skin and there is no need for surgery ever again."
She is raving with joy and agrees to the procedure.
Several years pass, and one day she shows up at the surgeon's office.
"Doc, the procedure has been a blessing for me, anytime I wanted to look younger I just gave a twist and it was great, but I think it has broken, no matter how much I turn it, it will not remove these bags under my eyes."
Doc looks at her "Well ma'am, I'm not sure how to tell you this, but those bags are your breast."
She thinks a min "I guess that explains my next question about the goatee then."
