    Yamaha prop on a mercury

I’m wanting to put a Yamaha 27 t1 prop on my 2018 mercury pro xs 250, will it work? And if so what do I need to make it work?

No... Yamaha has a rubber pressed in hub small shaft... You can only install props with a square bore flo torque style hub because you have a fat shaft lower unit.

PowerTech Makes a copy called the VMX... Solas makes a copy called the Scorpion... They both offer a square bore hub that will fit your motor. I dont think either are as good. Many like the Solas, But need to reduce pitch by 2 inch's.
