PHX-21 / why no 300hp option

I have fished out of my buddies PHX-21 50 times, great ride, awesome layout.
Why can't a boat this big get a 300 on the transom?

Place an order, and it will have a 300 rating sticker on it when it comes in. Simple.

Not trying to be a smart @ss but the Phoenix web site rates the boat for a 250 max, this is why I am asking.

85+ in cooler weather with a 27 Fury loaded, but I usually run a 4 blade prop and run 81-82 in summer loaded.
