Not sure how much it weighs but I can remove mine and carry it. I use a Workmate 550 to hold my lower unit. I remove one of the boards and use some scrap pieces of wood to level it. Stand also works good for draining fluid to pressure test and adding fluid.

thats what i plan on doing,i am thing maybe 150 lbs thanks
Having r and r several times alone, I don’t think it weighs 150 lbs. closer to half that I would guess. My 4 year old weighs 50 lbs and it’s not that much more unwieldy than he is. I do all my fluids with it mounted so I can level it with the trim, my work stand for water pump is just two 2x10s with spacers and some 2x4 legs, just stick the skeg between the 2x10s works great but I will concede bobs idea puts at a good working height.
here is how i figure it at 20 years old it weighs around 80 lbs, at 40 it weighs 85, at 66 it weighs around 150 easy maybe 200 lol
Excellent point. I am just now to the point of beginning to understand that kind of weight gain, both for myself and everything around me.

The pictured gearcase is NOT a Standard 200hp Optimax gearcase (it's a Gen-1 TM).
YOUR engine used the 859399T13 case, which weighs approximately 56 lbs.
