    Seems the tuff bunks would hold water inside them the moment you drilled holes in them an put trailer in the water since they aren solid material an just a rubber coated kiln dried wood. Unless im missing something.

    I would fill the holes with silicone before putting the lag bolts in

    Some of those bunk boards look like the vinyl deck material they sell at Lowes
