    Not another Covid thread.

Just kidding. Figured I’d post this in case anyone else has the same experience. I’m 35 years old and fairly healthy. 5’ 10” 180. I NEVER take more than a day a year off work being sick. I missed work for exactly a month from when symptoms started. That little bug kicked my ass. I had every damn symptom on the list but fever. I’m still not great but doing ok. Dizziness. Ringing ears and cough still persist. I’m really weak and shakey. I still can’t focus on anything. So weird. Hard to describe. Not sure why it picked on me but I’m sure I’ll find out before I’m old. Sounds like liver kidney or heart problems make it worse. We will see. The last few days I’ve been way better. Hoping it’s over.

Thanks. It was a scary couple weeks in the middle. I was aware of every breath I took for at least a week and a half. Cough never satisfied anything. No phlegm. Just empty and made it worse. It was hard not to cough.

It’s getting closer and closer here. Up until last week I didn’t personally know anyone that has had it. Now I’ve know 4.

Glad you are on the mend! Sounds like you had to put up a big fight against it. I personally know several that have had it. Some say it was just a cold to them and a few were terrible sick. My brother and sister in law and their family all had it. The mom and dad were both tremendously weak before they had it. In their mid 70’s and just about every health problem imaginable. They did recover but it took months. It’s a strange unknown bug but in time they will have a better understanding of it! Keep fighting!
