What's top speed on these two BC

Don't have either but the fuel tank options matter for whole shot or top end on the caracal. The 33 gallon underseat version will jump on plane super quick. But the dual rear 26 gallon tanks will be up to 4 mph faster. Just my reading.

I have had my Caracal a little over 72 and I can't drive one. I have the two rear 26 gallon tanks.

My 2s ProXS 2018 PII tournament load, 2 anglers and 2 power poles will run 71ish. Without the poles 72-73mph. Solo it gets squirrely at 72mph, but I have reached 74 solo. I had my prop worked my Ronnie Gilbert. I am not sure how the 4s Merc's run.

16 caracal, 36v trolling motor. single power pole belly fuel tank. loaded fury 4 blade 24p topped at 72. With the 3 blade 73 and the boat was quite hard to drive at speed. I would think with a rear tank boat and a 24v trolling motor that rig would run 75-76

Ive had both. 13 p2 and now a 2020 caracal. Speeds are pretty close. 73-74 solo. But the caracal does everything better. More room everywhere. Rides like a bigger boat.

Sounds like you have so good info on top speeds from the above posts. The P2 is a rocket out of the hole though, and maybe the fastest holeshot of all of the Cats.

The p2 is like a Corvette....the Caracal like a Cadillac CTSV...they both haul the mail but the P2 gets there faster...but gives up ride quality, space, luxuries, etc to the Caracal.
